Hattie Schultz is an independent curator and writer based in Los Angeles. She earned an MA in Curatorial Practices and the Public Sphere from the University of Southern California in 2024, and a BA in Art History from Whittier College in 2020. Interested in the intersections of art, gender, ecology, and literature, Hattie’s work centers art as social practice, feminist history and theory, decolonial museological practices, and institutional critique. She has curated and co-curated three contemporary art exhibitions, and her writing has been featured in Marie Claire Business Ukraine, Frontiers: A Journal of Women’s Studies, exhibition catalogs, and zines.
